Books Kids Actually Like: Mystery Edition In-Person

Explore a variety of mystery books, fact and fiction, that captivate young readers. Then dive into hands-on activities like invisible ink and code-breaking while learning how to build engaging, cross-curricular classroom units around the mystery genre. This workshop is for teacher education majors in all grades and content areas. Every participant will receive a free book and resources for future classroom strategies.

This event is part of the Fall 2025 IMC Institute. All IMC Institute events qualify for Teacher Education PD credit.
